Have the KW Rock and Mineral Club and KW Gem and Mineral Club merged, or are they separate clubs?

AFAIK there has only been a KW Gem & Mineral Club and not a separate KW Rock and Mineral Club – perhaps some people just refered to it as a Rock and Mineral club.
